I met three fathers. They each had one son. Each father told me they wanted their son to have a better life than they did. They each told me they didn't want their son to have to worry about money as much as they did. One father added that he wanted his son to feel safter than he did. Another father said he was working hard so he could to make a million dollars so he could leave it for his son. That way his son could invest it and live off of the interest or do whatever he wanted with the money and not have to worry about his grades or getting into a university.

Another father told me he was working as little as possible so he could so he could spend more time with his son and help his son feel safe secure and confident so the son would never have to be afraid of not being able to support himself.

The father that said he wanted his son to live in a safer world said that he planned to travel around the world with his son to how similar humans are and to help him understand why there are conflicts and to learn and discover better ways to solve them. He said instead of sending his children to a school controlled by other people, he would help his son learn independently. He said he would be a role model for his son by being self-employed. He also wanted work side by side with his son so he could get to know his son

When I walked past I just silently waved to him. I went in the breakfast room. Without saying anything he turned on the lights for me. I was afraid he might say interrupt me in some way or stop me from working their. Instead, he tried to help me. Notice I said "tried" - I might have wanted to leave the lights off. Then I would have had to have a small conflict with him. But having the lights on didn't bother me. And I felt relived that it was his way of showing that it was okay to use the breakfast room, and he was even willing to help me in a way that he thought was being helpful.

In Lipton's terms we could he was making the environment a supportive one. So I will feel less threatened by him in the future.

Homeless man stabbed trying to save woman left to die in the street

I need to express myself. Need to be able to write in the morning when I wake up. Immediately. Without leaving bed. With no interruption in my thoughts.

Big changes.. rights vs needs. "justice", no more punishment. understanding, not judging, punishing, meeting "real needs" - identifying them. cutting control by state, government, authority ie people who will hurt you to get you to do what they want.
