| Resentment In Society Just a note - Chinese man fishing in Penang. Was obviously resentful about discrimination against Chinese. How much resentment can a society take before there is an explosion/ revolution etc? It would be helpful to have a measurement of resentment. |

Just a quick note about this. For a long time I have believed it would be better to base a person's right to vote on something else besides an arbitrary age. In this video of a 12 year old speaking to a United Nations assembly, we can see how intelligent and informed a young person can be. Yet she has no right to vote on the decisions which will affect her life. On the other hand someone much less informed can vote.
I am not sure exactly how to change the voting and decision making processing, but I am sure that children and teenagers need to be a bigger part of it. S.Hein Nov 2011
