Trying to get some response from the EI Consortium Board Members
On April 6, 2006 I sent a letter to all the EI Consortium board members (except Goleman since I assumed there was virtually no chance he would reply) asking them to contact me about what Rob Emmerling did.
As of today, May 31, 2006 I have not received even one response. Here is a copy of part of the letter I sent out:
I am writing to ask you to take a look at this page and let me now how
you feel about it. The page deals with emails Rob sent out to other
websites about me and my site. It has been about one year now since
Rob sent out his emails and I have not heard from him.
I have decided to list their names here in an attempt to get them to respond. I want people around the world to know more about what these people are, and aren't. doing.
Richard Boyatzis, Robert Caplan, Cary Cherniss, Dan Goleman
Marilyn Gowing, Kathy Kram, Richard Price, Lyle Spence
Today I am also going to ask them (including Goleman) to visit this page and tell me if they know of any evidence that Reuven BarOn coined the term EQ. (See these links Link 1, Link 2)
See copy of the letter I am sending

May 31, 2006 Letter to EI Consortium Board Members
To all EI Consortium Board Members:
Please see http://eqi.org/eicons3.htm
Please note the question about BarOn claiming he coined the term EQ. This is a claim made on your site. I assume you would not want false or unverifiable claims made on the site.
